A course of jumps is always up, we have excellent lighting, meaning you can jump a course in the evening and it be like daylight in the arena.

We will work on a rollling 2 week ahead booking system and bookings will close 24 hours ahead so we can let liviery's know when the arena is booked.

If you wish to book without jumps there is a minimum 3 hour booking required, please message us or call us to arrange a booking without jumps, we can set up a 20x60 marked area.

PLEASE NOTE PRICES INCLUDE THE DEPOSIT, THIS WILL BE REFUNDED ONTO THE CARD YOU PAY WITH WITHIN 24 HOURS IF ARENA LEFT CLEAR OF DROPPINGS.

e are now introducing summer and winter prices to cover the cost of lights, which we have been absorbing for the last 2 years. 

Winter rate until 31st March 2024 will now be £33/hour, and summer rate until 27th October 2024 will be £25/hour.

Terms and Conditions
 

We would like to advise you of the following terms and conditions of hire. These apply to all bookings at Lloyd Farm Arena Hire  and must be agreed to by the hirer prior to hire. Confirmation of any hire is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

PLEASE be advised that for the benefit of everyone who uses the Lloyd Farm Arena Hire we are VERY strict on our droppings policy. We aim to keep the arena in top condition, as many of you comment on how nice the surface is, and we intend to keep it that way.  We have to be very conscientious in the care of the arena and therefore we are extremely strict regarding droppings.

 

• Each booking MUST HAVE someone with them to poo pick – there is NO EXCEPTION to this rule.  This also means no rides in the arena alone for safety.

 

• The arena MUST be THOROUGHLY poo picked as each dropping is done, NOT at the end of your booking. This is to prevent it being ridden through & scattered.

 

• All remnants of droppings must be removed, no matter how small – We prefer you to take SMALL amounts of surface than leave bits of droppings.

 

• If you are sharing the arena with other bookings, you must ALL co-operate & work together to ensure the arena is clear of droppings. It is a JOINT RESPONSIBILITY and any droppings left may result in nobody having their deposit refunded in that hour. Please call the office at the time to report any issues.

 

  • All bookings must be paid for online before arrival and are non-refundable.

  • HIRERS USE THIS ARENA AT THEIR OWN RISK AND LLOYD FARM  ARENA HIRE ARE NOT LIABLE TO ANY CLAIM FOR ACCIDENT, INJURY, LOSS OR SIMILAR however caused to either horse, rider or spectators.

  • First Aid cover will not be supplied by Lloyd Farm Arena Hire.

  • The yard and yard facilities are out of bounds for all hirers.  There is no toilet facility.

  • Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot so as not to interfere with any following bookings.

  • No haynets to be tied up outside horse boxes

  • All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe condition by the previous occupant.

  • Lloyd Farm Arena Hire reserve the right to halt any actions which we consider to be contrary to our Health and Safety Policy.

  • No mucking out into the lorry park or leaving rubbish behind. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

  • Please leave the arena tidy when you have finished and leave all poles and fillers back in. Please poo pick the arena when you leave.

  • ALL BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AND PAID FOR.

  • Hats of competition safety standards must be worn.

  • No Dogs Allowed.

  • All horses must be upto date with annual vaccinations.

  • Turn lights off at end of hire if used

  • Must only be in the arena for time you booked, else deposit may be held to cover adddtional time in arena
